All of our Talaverica Glassware is 100% recycled and 100% lead free. All pieces intended for use with food and drink have met FDA standards. We recommend keeping our glassware out of the microwave and away from your oven or stove. Never use them to serve hot food or beverages.
USE IT OFTEN!!
To minimize the risk of breakage, do not place Talaverica glass it in hallways or other heavy-traffic household areas. Do not store your Talaverica hand blown glass near steel or other glass items, which can scratch or damage the surface. Keep your glass in areas with regulated temperatures. The glass can experience thermal shock and break if you expose it to wide temperature variations.
KEEP IT CLEAN??
Though our glassware is dishwasher safe, we recommend washing glass items with mild liquid dish detergent, glass cleaner, nonabrasive household cleaner and/or warm water. Water that is too hot to touch can crack the glass. Never use steel wool pads to clean glass. We suggest wiping hand blown glass items with a soft cloth, inside and out, after washing to prevent hard-water spots. To remove water spots, clean with a mixture of warm water and vinegar. These simple steps will help provide you with years of enjoyment from your Talaverica Glassware!
